I sold a camera on eBay which the buyer was trying to get me refund the over payment which I found out later that was FAKE!
I got an email from a bad guy to inform that money already transferred to my account and also addition amount for shipping oversea.
Notice : Normally, Ebay does not allow the selling to anyone who submit different address between Ebay and Paypal. In this case, the fake buyer email direct to me but I had not suspend.

I received email from real PayPal, no money appeared in my account and also they had not email me anything at the moment. Therefore, I reported the issue to PayPal and they ensure my account was secure, even though, I already shipped the package.

Receiving an email from Ireland Post, they disclosed my item could not return unless no receiver or wrong address.
Accordingly, I wrote few more emails to Ireland Post asking them to return my favor but only got denail. Likewise, they would return if the USA Post demanded.
At the point, I apparently doubted why the USA Post did not assist me anything. Although, I discovered all myself and passed to them but all I got was "NO".
I am upset myself because of stupid with the issue I really be careful. This makes me never ever skip the first instinct.
I upset with the Post office here that they did not help me enough as I kept asking them if any solutions to help me get back my item but the answered was only "NO". I got the email from a post in Ireland which they said if the US post inform them so they can return the item to me but why the US post did not assist me anything while I was asking them. I wrote to the US post after got the email from Post in Ireland but still did not hear anything from them.

Fake PayPal sent me a confirmation to ensure money already in my account $985 but hold because waited for the shipment confirmation number from me
I did not hesitate to do shipping process because it was the first time selling oversea. I thought that was a regular policy. However, I was curious about the email address which contacted with me as the real xxx@paypal.com but this time shipment-centre@post.com . Moreover, the contact name on the email was difference.

- received an email from Fake buyer inform that they did over payment and requested me to return the money. At this moment, it obvious that I was communicating with SCAMMER!

- after that, I wrote to PayPal, explain everything and on the next morning went to the Post office asking for help if they could order to return the shipment. Consequently, it was too late, the item already out of the USA.
- came back home, searching for the post office in Irland until acquired the one I wanted. Immediately, I emailed, revealing the issue and made a requirement to get my item back.
